This app is very disjointed. Difficult to order something. I guess I am use to Amazons approach. You are losing sales because of this app.

The app was working great, until the current update, which is why I am give it a 3 star rating. Now the app wont even open...smh. Im hoping it will soon, otherwise Im deleting it.

This update took a pretty reliable and useful program and messed it up big time. Internal errors..... programming mistakes.... Login and account problems.... It made my shopping impossible using this app. Fortunately Lowes app works correctly and spared me a lot of wasted time and frustration. Fix this app. Please !!

App crashes every time I open it, I have reinstalled and restarted my phone and still crashes. It worked just fine before this update. Please fix this.

Just about everything I could ask for in a shopping app designed around its brick and mortar stores. Add items to your account shopping list for your local store. It tells you exactly which bay the item is stocked in and, depending on store employees restocking from overhead overstock, tells you how many the store should have when you arrive.

I use this app ALL the time, its easy to use for ordering online. I use it very often for finding things while in the store or to pick up in the store.

They have made some improvements in the app as well as integration into store interface. Only improvement I can suggest is better search parameters for people who dont quite know exactly what to ask.

Great app but I still prefer the desktop site.

It runs well, its pretty, the store inventory is fairly accurate, etc... Most of what youd expect of a shopping app. The sort filters are built to respond in a way that softly bullies the user into accepting the sort order that is offered by default, and the request for location information outside of the app gives me the heebie-jeebies. Nefarious corporate directives aside, its a fast, solid app, and the overwhelming majority of items have useful thumbnails, stock info, pricing, and other details which make this app very good at what it is meant to do.

Create shopping lists for when you go to the store, create bucketed wish lists for various projects or jobs. Tries to tell you where products are so you dont need to ask employees, though I have heard this can sometimes be inconsistent.

I found the grill on consumer reports and ordered from phone very easy and simple procedure

this app is so easy to use. convenient. helpful. sometimes, its better to use to the app than to go to the store. I appreciate the updates. I also enjoy using the app to help me locate items in the stores (sometimes the people at the store arent that helpful)

The Home Depot app is very user friendly.

So easy to search for what I need and be able to find it in the store.

This app is convenient & user friendly. I prefer it to the website. So far, so good
